The athletics complex at Jones High School was just gifted a new state-of-the-art video board thanks to the efforts of McCoy Federal Credit Union, Florida Citrus Sports, and Florida Blue.

The unveiling of the new 10×20 HD screen took place at 6 p.m. Friday, November 3, as part of a special ceremony to kick off the Jones’ senior night celebration, before the Tigers’ regular-season finale versus Orange County rival, Dr. Phillips. Jones ended up beating Dr. Phillips 37-10, despite Dr. Phillips winning the coin toss.

The new HD screen, designed by Anthony James Partners, sits at the north end of the Tigers’ facility, which is also utilized for soccer, lacrosse, flag football, and track, plus Pop Warner Super Bowl round-robin play and other events throughout the year.
