The City of Orlando will be hosting Wreaths Across America Day at Greenwood Cemetery on Saturday, December 16 at noon to honor fallen veterans during the holiday season.
Mayor Dyer and Commissioner Sheehan will host the ceremony honoring veterans from all branches of the military while ceremonial wreaths are placed on their graves by active members of OPD and OFD and local volunteers.
Greenwood Cemetery is located at 1603 Greenwood Street [GMap] and will be one of more than 2,700 locations across the country participating in the day.
