The City District Main Street (Website) is looking for a new full-time executive director to help “take the district into its next chapter and beyond.”

The City District is a non-profit 501c6 organization currently transitioning to a 501c3 which is partially funded by the City of Orlando and works with downtown residents, businesses, and third-party agencies to help foster a more liveable, attractive, and sustainable downtown.

Applicants should be energetic, organized, and charismatic leaders with strong interpersonal and project management skills. The executive director acts as a liaison between the City of Orlando and district stakeholders and due-paying members to promote development and growth in the downtown core.

The salary range is $60,000-$80,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience, and there is an opportunity for an additional $10,000+ bonus as well as a stipend for healthcare, and two weeks of paid vacation and paid attendance to the National Main Street Conference.
