It’s official, Kia America is the new sponsor of the Orlando Arena, formerly known as the Amway Center, and they’ve named it “The Kia Center.”

As of December 20, signage is being swapped out and social media channels have been renamed to reflect the new branding partnership between the arena and Kia America. Changes include new indoor and outdoor signage, the installation of new EV charging stations, Kia vehicle displays onsite, and a hospitality lounge called the Kia Terrace.

“The Orlando Magic and Kia America have been proud partners for several years and we share in the excitement of Kia’s success and growth,” said Magic CEO Alex Martins. “We look forward to our expanded partnership which allows Kia to drive its brand forward and deliver a direct, impactful message to our fan base and beyond using the power of the NBA. Kia also becomes a ‘Champion of the Community’ partner and we look forward to working together to positively impact the Central Florida community.”

Kia was already the official automotive partner of the National Basketball Association and Orlando Magic, which calls the arena home. There are 11 Kia dealerships in Central Florida.

The Kia Center (Website) is owned and operated by the City of Orlando.
