Create Your Nature (Facebook | Website) was a quick-service acai bowl and oatmeal café that opened in the rehabbed State Auto Body shop at 1285 N. Orange Avenue [GMap] in Winter Park, adjacent to Foxtail Coffee and Courtesy Bar, back in 2016.
The owners, husband and wife team Kim and Dan Dill, made the announcement earlier in December, that they would be closing by the end of the month, though it was announced on Wednesday, December 20, that they would be shutting down at the end of the day. They handed out free t-shirts to their customers and thanked everyone for their patronage through the years.
The announcement also came with the news that the Dills were working on a cookbook and that they would keep their Instagram page active to promote its release in the new year.
