We told you HERE in February 2022 that Audubon Park-based brewery Redlight Redlight (Facebook | Instagram) would be opening a kitchen and the time has finally arrived.
The kitchen opened in time for the brewery’s New Year’s Eve Party just over a week ago, with a rotating menu of seasonal pub food-inspired dishes with dinner service Wednesday through Sunday and brunch on Sundays, led by Chef Jes Tantalo.
This past Sunday’s brunch menu featured cauliflower gratin, fried smoked mullet, American carbonara, spaghetti with garlic, olive oil, and basil, a beef chili and cheese quesadilla with avocado salad, sour cream, and pink beans, a veggie ribollita soup, salt-brined fries, pavlova, and more.
