Men’s fashion shop Lacastro (Facebook | Instagram) opened in April 2021 at 1011 N. Mills Avenue [GMap] by Wally’s Mills Avenue Liquors.
The store specializes in custom swimwear and resort wear for men, with pieces that are manufactured in Brazil by the owner’s family, and proved itself to be a trendy addition to the local fashion scene, and even participated in the 2022 New York Swim Week.
That being said, the owner Guilherme Castro, has just launched a GoFundMe campaign to help keep his doors open after some unforeseen financial hurdles following the pandemic. The shop also launched a 25% off sale through January 21.
