Chef Bruno Zacchini, owner and operator of Pizza Bruno’s (Website) in College Park and Curry Ford West, will be hosting a special date night workshop on February 14.
The workshops will be held at two separate times that night; 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. and will include a two-hour class with Chef Bruno on the porch at the original location. Attendees will learn how to make pizza dough, shape it into a heart, and work with the wood-fired oven and fresh mozzarella to create their perfect pie.
Snacks, beer, wine, soft drinks, and desserts are included.
