310 Lakeside (Facebook | Website) has been open on the ground floor of the 15-story Capital Plaza II building, overlooking Lake Eola Park, since 2008, but despite its fairly good reputation downtown, is being pushed out by its landlord for something new.

According to a recent report by Orlando Business Journal, Highwoods Properties has placed 310 Lakeside on a month-to-month lease and is actively looking for a new tenant to move into the 7,100 SF space with full kitchen. That same report also shares that while Highwinds is looking for a flashier new concept to move in, they have given 310 ownership the opportunity to stay in place if they submit their plans to update the space and concept.

According to the property flier, listed on Colliers.com, the building currently has a 99% occupancy rate of its over 300,000 SF of offices.

310 Lakeside is still open for business.
