The Alfond Inn just underwent an ambitious expansion project in Winter Park, which included the addition of an entire new wing, a second pool, a spa, a new 13,500 SF wellness facility, and a fancy new cafe.
The Cafe (that’s the name of it) serves house-made breakfast pastries, crepes, desserts, coffee from local roaster Artifix, and wine later in the evening. It also has patisseries created by new house pastry chef, Jason Acevedo. Morning coffee and pastries are served from 6 a.m.-2 p.m. seven days a week.
The cafe also features artwork from The Alfond Collection of Contemporary Art, with pieces by Vik Munik and photographer Gordon Parks.
