Flippers Pizzeria in the SoDo District will be celebrating Pi Day with a special pizza offer on Thursday, March 14.

Pi Day is the annual celebration of the mathematical constant, π, of which 3, 1, and 4, are the first three and most significant numbers. It was founded by in 1988 by an employee of the San Francisco Science Museum, Larry Shaw.

Guests will be able to get an 11-inch Flippers Cheese MyPie, regularly priced at $9.99 for just $3.14 for the entire day. The promo is limited to one order per person for dine-in or carry-out only and is not valid for delivery orders. You must have the Flippers app to qualify.

Flippers is open 11 a.m.-11 p.m. on Pi Day.
