New renderings were just released of four-time James Beard Award nominee Henry Moso’s latest project in Winter Park, a new hand roll bar serving temaki in Winter Park.

Moso Nori is moving into the former home of Bitebound at 1100 S. Orlando Avenue [GMap] and will feature just over 30 seats once complete, centered around a bar where guests can enjoy Moso’s take on the Japanese hand roll. Beer, wine, and sake-based cocktails will also be available for purchase.

Prices are expected to range from $5-$12.

The new restaurant is expected to open this October. Another Moso Nori location was just announced for Sand Lake Road’s Restaurant Row as well.

The concept is being designed by GDP Design Build.
