Jeff’s Bagel Run (Instagram | Website) has just announced a limited collaboration with Pigzza (Instagram | Website) in Mills 50 that you’re not going to want to miss.

The owners of Jeff’s Bagel Run, Jeff and Danielle Perera, joined Pigzza owner Thomas Ward on his podcast, “Beyond The Smoke,” where they discussed their aggressive growth in recent years and what’s coming next. During the interview, the three agreed to collab on a takeover, which will run from April 30 through May 4, where every one of Pigzza’s traditional pizzas will be made on a bagel instead.

Bagels will be rolled and built in-store, and topped with Pigzza marinara sauce, smoked mozzarella, parmesan, and pepperoni. Jeff’s Bagel Run will be offering a special cream cheese mixed with Pig Floyd’s Urban BBQ chimichurri for any of its bagels during the promotion.

“I frequent Jeff’s Bagel Run pretty often and I was thinking about those times when you were a kid and you would create a pizza bagel at home and thought we could do that but with the best ingredients in Florida between the two brands,” said Thomas Ward from Pigzza. “We enjoyed a great test day in the kitchen and I’m confident our customers are going to love the end result.”

Pigzza recommends making an advance reservation and Jeff’s Bagel Run recommends placing your order early through the app or arriving early to one of its four locations: newly opened Celebration, College Park, Ocoee, and Oviedo.
