Ragin Cajun Bike Shop (Facebook | Website) will be quietly closing their Sodo shop next week. The shop hasn’t answered our calls at the time of this post but various social media posts by hopeful bike purchasers online have stated that their inventory is severely limited at this time.
The last time we spoke with the owners of Ragin Cajun it was last summer, immediately after the Pulse shootings. They had informed Bungalower that their sales had already been light before the road closures, but that things were getting a bit desperate due to the district-wide detours that resulted from the crime scene investigation. That was almost 10 months ago.
Peter Martinez, the founder of Juice Bikes, informed us that they had told him they would be loading up any remaining inventory on Monday, February 27.
