John Calloway, the owner of the upcoming Black Rooster Tacqueria, recently posted this photo on the upcoming restaurant’s Instagram account (complete with a stack of interesting design hints and a layout of the actual restaurant), announcing that construction is finally about to begin on the Mills 50 farm-to-table taco space .

Calloway reached out to us a month ago to say that their build-out should take about two to three months to finish, meaning a late late November or early December opening date.
