Mills 50 Circle K building to be demoed for bank

-

The recently closed Circle K gas station in Mills 50 has been closed since December, 2015.  More on that story HERE.
The new owners have already removed the old gas pump canopy and the gas tanks and now they will be removing the convenience store building, as a demo permit was filed earlier this week. We learned that the new owner was indeed a bank but had been unable to confirm the name until now. The application for the demo permit lists Wynwood First, LLC c/o Trevor Burgess and C1 Bank (Website) as the property owner and the business owner name.
The closest C1 bank is in Winter Park, but this will be the first C1 Bank location in Orlando.

  1. Unbelievably disappointing! We need creativity in our neighborhood not another corporate box on the corner.
