The following photos were sent over via DoveCote (Facebook | Website), the much anticipated new restaurant opening in the former Harvey’s Bistro [GMap]. We wrote about the project back in August of 2015 HERE when we first heard the news that Gene Zimmerman (Courtesy Bar), James Petrakis (Ravenous Pig) and Clayton Miller (Norman’s at the Ritz-Carlton) were joining forces.

Heard rumors of an amazing cheese cart, thrilled to see this elevated option finally coming to Orlando, and can’t wait to see the seasonal cheese selections.
At this point we are better served by investing in their next restaurant endeavor… lol
Katherine Selima I swear I cant take it anymore!!!!!!!!! Im going to put set up direct pay from my checking account to their restaurants!
Good, having worked in restaurants it always amazed me who we could have 20 people working on a menu and checking for months and it would still be full of screw ups once we printed them.
Happy to see escargot on the menu, it all sounds wonderful.
It’s most likely an early draft, subject to change
correction the price is the same but it is listed twice.
Just noticed there is a mistake on this menu, the same item is listed twice with two different prices. Hope they haven’t finalized this yet.
