The City of Orlando’s first public dog run in Downtown Orlando will open at 6 p.m. Thursday, October 13 at Constitution Green, on the corner of Summerlin Avenue and Jackson Avenue [GMap].

Following the grand opening, there will be a Halloween-inspired dog costume contest hosted by the Thornton Park Main Street District.

Following the City’s purchase of the park, HERE, it was announced in March of this year that the City would be working on the installation of a dog park in the space. More on that announcement HERE.
