A new pho restaurant concept is moving into the space left vacant in the Chase Plaza building, following the recent closure of Spice Burgr. The storefront, located at 165 S. Orange Avenue, was also formerly occupied by Meltz Sandwich Restaurant.
Le Pho (Facebook | Website) is a fast-casual Vietnamese restaurant that specializes in meals that are $10 and under. They have already papered their windows and started renovations. They are also hiring new staff. You can send in your applications HERE.
Menu items include rice/vermicelli bowls, pho with your choice of protein, and banh mi sandwiches.
They expect to open in early September.
