UPDATE: Theory Salon is scheduled to open the first week of September, permits permitting.
We told you about a freestanding Art Deco building on Ivanhoe Village’s Alden Road that was available for lease HERE back in March 2018. Well, it’s finally been rented, as our Insta Buddy, 2of2twins noted above.
The building, which was built in 1947, is located at 1184 Alden Road [GMap] and was most recently used as the home of Salon Sanfilippo (Facebook). Keeping with that theme, the new tenant will also be a salon.
Theory Salon (Website), owned by Erin Mills, is expected to open this month according to their website. Click HERE to see all of the services they’ll be offering.
