Market at Southside, located at South Orange Avenue and East Michigan Street [GMap], is a 95,057 SF retail plaza that’s currently home to storefronts like The Juicy Crab, Peach Valley Cafe, and Applebee’s Grill and Bar. And it now has new owners.

According to a report from Tampa Bay Newswire, the shopping center, which is sandwiched between Publix and Walmart Neighborhood Market, has been purchased by SB Southside, LLC.

According to the report, the new owners have plans to add residential uses to increase the density along the lines of the upcoming revamp of Orlando Fashion Square Mall in Colonialtown to the north.
