A property located at 1223 E. South Street [GMap] could look very different if a local developer has their way.
Ten on South, a new housing project consisting of five tandem homes, is being pitched for the lot, which is located on the corner of South Mills Avenue and East South Street, just south of Lake Lawsona – near the former site of Jonestown.
Tandems, according to the City of Orlando Land Development Code, are two detached single-family units located on a conventional single-family building site, that has been split into two fee simple lots.
The project is scheduled to be discussed at the upcoming City Council meeting for approval.
