Another new tenant has signed up for a ground-floor retail spot at 355 N Rosalind Avenue [GMap] in the new Radius Building, on the edge of Lake Eola Heights Historic District and downtown Orlando.
Maitland-based CooKit (Website) was first established in 2020, with a mission to make “wholesome, healthy meals accessible, affordable, and enjoyable.” They offer a variety of ready-to-eat meals and snacks and ready-to-cook recipes as well as catering services.
They’ve signed a 10-year lease on the 706 SF storefront according to ACRE Commercial, which represented both sides of the transaction.
Three other foodie tenants will be opening in the Radius Building soon as well, including Rise Southern Biscuits and Righteous Chicken, Cookies by Design, and Duck and Drake Kitchen.
