Owner Mike Smith took to Facebook late last week to share that the new seafood restaurant had passed its inspections with the State of Florida and that they were finally “free to fire up the kitchen.”
Smith will be hosting a series of reservation-only dinner services to let him and his staff get acclimatized to the flow of a new kitchen and dining room. The Current will be sharing dinner service reservation links on a first-come, first-served basis over the next few weeks on their social media channels. Food will be pre-purchased at the time of your reservation and soft drinks will be available for purchase during the dinner.
Food options for the second dinner experience include items like blackened mahi sandwiches, Connecticut lobster rolls, fried grouper, shrimp scampi over linguine, and fish and chips (pictured above).
