We told you HERE in 2022 that the “tech-focused” franchise, Rise Southern Biscuits and Righteous Chicken (Instagram | Website), was looking to open a new location in Central Florida, and they’re finally about to open.
The new restaurant is scheduled to open in on Saturday, August 12 at 7 p.m. and I will be located in a former mattress shop at Lakeside Crossing, at 110 S. Orlando Avenue [GMap], conveniently close to a number of other fried chicken restaurants on a stretch of road that we affectionately refer to as the “Cock Block” or the “Chicken Strip.”
They’ll be open for breakfast and lunch and will offer biscuit sandwiches, chicken, choice of sides, a veggie option, and more.
