A large warehouse in Mills 50 that is currently home to a popular winery has hit the market.

The 15,855 SF industrial warehouse that was converted to house Quantum Leap Winery (Facebook Website) is currently listed on commercial real estate site, LoopNet, for $3,880,000.

We reached out to the owner, Jill Ramsier, to see what that meant for the winery, who shared the following statement.

“The building has changed ownership during our tenancy and has not impacted our business. We are hoping to stay in the building under any new ownership but we will have to wait to see what the new owners plans are. For now we will continue to operate as normal through the remainder of our lease.”

– JILL RAMSIER, OWNER/OPERATOR

Ramsier, who declined to share how long the current lease is for, was adamant that she hopes to remain in place if/when a new owner comes on board. However, an interested party recently shared with Bungalower that an offer to transform the space into a new climbing gym had been turned down already. With all of the new apartment projects popping up in Ivanhoe Village, redevelopment could be a possibility.
