UPDATE: The opening will now take place on January 31, not January 30 as originally reported.

Bungalower Media told you HERE in March 2023 that a new Tommy Bahama-themed bar and restaurant would be opening in Winter Park Village, and the opening date is finally set for January 30 31.

The new 8,100 SF bar/restaurant/retail combo will feature the brand’s trademark dad-wear/divorced boat captain chic alongside a special indoor/outdoor seating area where you can order drinks and food. This will be Tommy Bahama’s 10th location in the state, and the sixth location to feature a bar.

EDIT: There are currently nine fast-casual Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar locations in the country.

All orders must be made at the bar, with servers delivering drinks and food to wherever you’ve chosen to sit.

The menu will feature locally sourced dishes including coconut shrimp, blackened mahi mahi or filet mignon tacos, Nashville hot chicken sliders, key lime pie, and more. They will also offer zero-proof cocktails alongside martinis, wine, and beer.

The Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar will be open 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, 11 a.m.-10 p.. on Friday and Saturday, and host a daily happy hour from 3-6 p.m.
