Mid-Drive Dive (Instagram | Website), a new collaborative effort between Jacob Zepf of Freehand Goods (Instagram | Website) and Matt Hinckley of Hinckley’s Fancy Meats (Instagram | Website) is set to open to the public on March 1, following a closed media preview on the 22nd.
According to the website, the menu will feature elevated bar food like “… American classic snacks, salads, handhelds, and mains paired with simple, yet approachable cocktails made with fresh ingredients, plus your staple beers and wines.”
Mid-Drive Dive is located at 2401 Edgewater Drive [GMap] in the former home of Graffiti Junktion, which closed in March earlier this year.
