The Moderne (Website) in Mills 50 just unveiled a menu that’s themed around the concept of sustainability, from the ingredients to the spirits, just in time for Earth Month.
Every cocktail on the April menu is crafted with a focus on reducing food waste by using ingredients in fun and creative ways. They’ve also partnered with sustainable spirit brands, and $1 of every cocktail sold this month will be donated to Trees for the Future (Website) a non-profit dedicated to restoring landscapes in developing communities.

The Moderne is located at 1241 E. Colonial Drive [GMap] in the Mills 50 District and opened in a former mattress shop in January 2023.
