This is our latest rundown of the top ten things you need to know this week, in Orlando’s downtown “bungalow neighborhoods.”
Click HERE to listen to Episode 337 of “Bungalower and The Bus” on Real Radio 104.1, which was recorded at Kappy’s Subs in beautiful Maitland. We’re also in the process of launching a new collaborative coffee blend with our friends at Lobos Coffee and Buddy members have a full week where they can unlock a flight of coffees to try and vote for their favorite. The winning blend will be the one we sell later this fall.

What are you all doing downtown?
We work at CityArts and Downtown Arts District and we were just here with a group called Friends of American Art. They were here in support of two local artists – Edson Campos and Kathleen Brodeur – who are showing here at the gallery.
What do you all love about downtown?
We love the vibe. It’s fun, there’s always new people coming in – a lot of people from out of town – so we get to meet people from all different cultures.
So the gallery is city-sponsored, is that correct?
It’s a city-owned building, and we’re part of a non-profit that manages and operates the building.
And you regularly put on art shows for everyone?
We do. Every month it changes, and we also have a new little cafe, which will be opening July 21.
It’s kind of an exciting, little touchstone, this gallery.
Absolutely, if you’re downtown, the gallery is the place to go.
